Synchronized Video Tour Narration

 Optional Synchronized narrationtm allows the agent to enter text according to the directions below so that when the real estate video tour is complete the narration audio matches up to the features being watched in the home tour.  Please use the guideline below when entering your narration text into the HDHat.com property information/order form.

  1. When entering your narration text simply place three periods between blocks of text that describe different parts of the home.

    Here is a Sample:      The living room features hardwood floors and a custom woodburning fireplace...the fantastic modern kitchen features granite countertops and new stainless steel top line appliances...The master bedroom features 2 walk-in closets and a master bath with a glass shower and jetted tub...the lower level features a huge family room with fireplace with 2 adjacent bedrooms and a walkout to a beautiful wooded lot.

You can see in the sample above we separated key descriptions of sections in the home by three periods.  These three periods lets our professional narrator know to pause.  These pauses in the narration allow our professional editors to cut the narration to match your video tour.  The result is a stunning real estate video that both you and your seller will be excited to share with friends and family.
