1) Your Real Estate Office/s can use an existing video camera or HDhat can recommend or sell a custom built camera kit that will be used by your office's video capture person..

This camera with the custom lens is not available in any store, and is built specifically for shooting real estate video and photos.

2) A single person is assigned(either an existing staff member or hire someone locally) to use your office camera to capture the video clips for tours ordered by the agents in your office.  HDhat will work with this person directly and train them how to film and upload the video clips to HDhat for editing/syndication and hosting. 

3) HDhat builds a custom online order form that is used by the agents in your office to order the video tours.  We then register a custom website URL that the Broker gives to all the agents in the office.  Every order placed by your office's agents is sent directly into our system as a 'pending' order.  A full copy of that order also goes out via email to the person from your office that is assigned to film the clips.

4) The person assigned to film the clips then schedules the tour, captures the clips and uploads them to HDhat.  We then match up the clips to the pending order in our database, and edit the tour.  Within one business day your agents receive an 'Approval Video' link.  Then once the video is approved the agent is sent a branded and un-branded(mls) link to the tour along with full access to their admin. section. 

5) The retail price to the agent for the full service video tour is set by the Broker.   HDhat bills the Broker only for the wholesale price of the tour editing, narration, hosting and syndication of each tour ordered by their agents.
